Terms of Service
Welcome to GoGoGoShop. To ensure the best shopping experience, please review the following terms and policies before placing your order.
01. Order Information & Changes
- Please carefully confirm the product style, color, size, and quantity before completing your purchase.
- After an order is placed, changes to size or additional item requests are limited to one modification per order.
- Once an order has been submitted, the contents cannot be directly modified through the system. Please log in to your account and contact support.
💡 Shipping Note: Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled or modified. Please contact us as early as possible if adjustments are needed.
02. Product Display & Promotions
- Product Colors: Photos are taken under different lighting conditions. Due to variations in screen displays and device settings, slight color differences may occur. Actual product colors shall prevail.
- Add-On Items: Add-on products are already offered at special promotional pricing and are therefore not eligible for additional discounts or coupon applications.
- Coupons: Discount coupons can be applied during checkout. Once a coupon has been redeemed, it cannot be reused, exchanged for cash, or converted into store credit.
Inventory & Support
03. Limited Inventory & Out of Stock
- Many of our products are produced in limited quantities rather than mass-produced inventory. As a result, certain items may occasionally become unavailable.
- Order fulfillment is processed based on payment completion time.
- Because multiple orders may be placed simultaneously, there may be rare situations where an item becomes out of stock after purchase. If this occurs, our team will notify you as soon as possible.

- Our customer support team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
