Products are eligible for return within a 7-day inspection period after delivery. Please note that the 7-day period begins the day after the package is officially received.
To qualify for a return, all items must remain in brand-new condition with complete original packaging and accessories:

- Products showing any signs of wear, creases, dirt, sole abrasion, modifications, or shoe-shaping alterations will not be accepted.
- If the original shoe box or packaging is damaged due to improper return shipping protection, the return request may be rejected.
- For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Please contact our team before sending back any items. Unauthorized returns without prior notice will be refused.
- International orders are strictly not eligible for return or exchange services. Please confirm details carefully before checkout.
